This podcast is about viewing common traits of our consumerist culture and their environmental impact. From fast fashion and their landfill impact, to the cobalt mining for whatever latest tech is coming out. This show is in direct opposition to the phrase "it's not that deep." For our Earth, it does go that deep... to the core.

ABOUT THE HOST
Reed Shumpert is from the Upstate of South Carolina. Her interest in the outdoors stems from her parents and the hikes she took growing up. After seeing the trails she once loved get washed away by Hurricane Helene, she realized that she needed to get involved locally. In her free time she enjoys walking around the South Carolina Botanical Gardens, taking photos, and getting drenched in the rain.
